These terms apply to all users of Novxarc — colleges, students, recruiters, and any visitor to novxarc.com. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.
Access to Novxarc requires verified credentials issued by your college, recruiting company, or directly by Novxarc. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Founding college terms (Year 1 free, 30% discount thereafter) are governed by a separate agreement signed at onboarding. Standard college subscriptions begin at the published rate and renew annually unless canceled.
Recruiter pilot access is free until December 2026 for selected companies. Standard recruiter pricing will be published with Phase 2 launch.
You own your data. We process it on your behalf to deliver the platform service. We never sell student data, never use it for advertising, and provide full export on request. See our Privacy Policy.
We aim for 99.9% uptime during placement season (April–November). Scheduled maintenance windows are announced in advance. Critical incidents are reported transparently within 24 hours.
You may cancel at any time. We will provide a complete data export and delete your data within 30 days of cancellation, unless legally required to retain longer.
Novxarc is not liable for hiring decisions made by colleges or recruiters using the platform. We provide the workflow tool; users make the decisions. Standard limitations of liability apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
