We’re building the system Indian campus hiring deserves — designed by people who’ve sat through the chaos.
India runs 1,000+ engineering colleges, 700+ MBA institutions, and over 500 degree colleges. Five thousand companies recruit from them every year.
Almost all of it runs on WhatsApp groups, Google Forms, Excel sheets, and email chains. The same tools your aunt uses to share recipes, scaled up to coordinate 1,000 students through a 60-company placement season.
I’m Ritik Modi. I’ve watched this from inside — students who didn’t apply because they missed a WhatsApp message, TPOs who slept four hours a night for two months because the Excel sheet broke, companies that gave up on a college because the workflow was so broken that hiring 10 students cost them 200 emails.
Indian campus placement is one of the largest, most consequential hiring events in the world. It deserves better than a group chat.
That’s why my co-founder Rahul and I are building Novxarc — the operating system for campus hiring. One platform for placement cells, students, and recruiters. Built in India, for India, in 2026.

CGPA, branch, batch, backlog, CTC in LPA — the workflows of Indian colleges, not retrofitted from a US LMS.
Every status change visible. Every eligibility rule readable. No black-box selection. Students should never wonder where they stand.
We build for TPOs, students, and recruiters — not for next quarter’s metrics. Roadmap shaped by users, not investor decks.
Hosted on AWS Mumbai. DPDP Act compliant. We don’t sell student data, ever. We don’t email recruiters with “growth-hack” lists.
Your data is yours. CSV export anytime, of anything. No lock-in. The day you want to leave, we hand you everything cleanly.
A TPO with five years of experience should be able to use Novxarc the day it’s installed. No training certification. No 40-page manual.
India has 1,000+ engineering colleges. None of the existing players (Superset, HackerEarth, Internshala) cover the full lifecycle for all three audiences.
A small team can now build a multi-portal SaaS on Next.js + Vercel + Postgres + Pusher that previously needed 30 engineers. The bar to compete has dropped.
TPOs and recruiters are no longer scared of new tools. The “we tried digital but went back to Excel” objection has died. Adoption windows are open.
We’re walking distance from MNIT. We meet TPOs in Jaipur every week, in person. Founding colleges get visited, not video-called.
