Hosted on AWS Mumbai. DPDP Act compliant. We don’t sell student data, ever. We don’t email recruiters with “growth-hack” lists.

Always exportable

Your data is yours. CSV export anytime, of anything. No lock-in. The day you want to leave, we hand you everything cleanly.

Simple, not “smart”

A TPO with five years of experience should be able to use Novxarc the day it’s installed. No training certification. No 40-page manual.

No dominant platform yet

India has 1,000+ engineering colleges. None of the existing players (Superset, HackerEarth, Internshala) cover the full lifecycle for all three audiences.

Tech

Serverless infrastructure works

A small team can now build a multi-portal SaaS on Next.js + Vercel + Postgres + Pusher that previously needed 30 engineers. The bar to compete has dropped.

Adoption

Post-Covid digital fluency

TPOs and recruiters are no longer scared of new tools. The “we tried digital but went back to Excel” objection has died. Adoption windows are open.
