What we collect

Novxarc collects information necessary to operate the campus placement platform: student academic records (CGPA, branch, batch, marksheets), contact information (name, email, phone), placement application data (drives applied to, status, offers received), and recruiter information (company name, role, contact).

Why we collect it

To run the placement workflow: filter eligibility, route applications, deliver offer letters, generate reports for colleges. We do not use student data for advertising. We do not sell data to third parties.

Where data lives

All data is hosted on AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1) — within India. Encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Backups encrypted and retained for 90 days.

Your rights

• Access — request a copy of your data anytime
• Deletion — request deletion of your account; we comply within 30 days
• Export — full CSV export of your data, on request
• Correction — inaccurate data fixed within 7 days of notification

Compliance

Novxarc complies with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act 2023). For international companies, GDPR-equivalent protections apply. A separate Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is available on request for college and company customers.

Cookies & analytics

We use only essential cookies (authentication, session) and privacy-respecting analytics (Plausible). No third-party tracking pixels, no Facebook/Google ads pixels.
